Watching the Skies is a documentary examining some of the facets of women’s* experiences in being science fiction fans and in the communities of science fiction fandom, both media and literary, online and off. It is a conversation about the benefits and drawbacks of being marginalized by mainstream industrial producers and the meaning of science fiction and fan identity in daily life.
